Main Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and developing relationships.
- Understand and describe ice cream flavors and ingredients.
- Hand-scoop ice cream and create ice cream combinations based on menu options.
- Manage customer transactions and accurately count change to customers.
Preferred Skills:
- Friendly, outgoing and welcoming demeanor.
- High-level customer service focused.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer problems and resolve quickly.
